Features of 3 axis ATC CNC router
Tips. There are two kinds of tool changing type for the ATC CNC router.
First, straight line tool changer, economical and practical. The tool bank is installed in the bottom of gantry, the tools handle is arranged side by side, and all the tools are put out by the tool bank. The tool is selected by the spindle to save a suit of motor and drive device. The system can use three-axis system.
Second, disc tool changer, the tool bank is installed on the spindle or gantry side, choosing the suit bit by rotating the disc tool bank which is driver by servo motor. The tool bank and its span is small, and more stable. It needs another sets of servo motor and drive. The system needs four axis system.
9kw Air-cooled Spindle with ATC
High speed and low noise, stable operation, machining without collapse, high precision spindle, maintenance-free. The tool bank comes standard with optional 8/10/12 tools (customizable quantity). The tool changing time only needs 2 seconds, which meets the processing requirements of various non-metal materials.

Heavy-duty Machine Body
T-type welding body bed, honeycomb structure with reinforcing rib, welded by the rectangular pipe with a diameter of 150*250mm and 6mm thickness. After milling through large gantry and five-axis machining centers, all the installation basic holes can be drilled once and accurately. The bed is tempered and annealed by high temperature.
Eliminate internal stress, higher toughness, tensile strength, and dimensional stability. Effectively improve the accuracy of the bed, reduce the workpiece processing error, increase the resistance and stability of the guide rail.

The Third-generation Gantry
