iGWL series laser welding machine is the new generation of safe, high efficiency, energy saving, environment-friendly metal laser welding equipment, using handheld swing welding head, infrared ray positioning, touch screen and button control, combined with the advanced integrated control system, the precision CNC fiber laser welding machine is assembled. The heating area is small during welding, and it will not cause deformation, blackening, and traces on the back of the workpiece.

Metal: stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, spring steel, copper plate, aluminium plate, gold, silver, titanium, ring and other plate products.

Features of Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine
Laser Welding Features
Suitable for welding of various metal materials, carbon steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, aluminum, copper and alloy materials;
It can emit light continuously or in pulse, which can realize not only thermal conduction welding, but also continuous deep penetration welding. It can realize spot welding, butt welding, stitch welding, sealing welding, seam welding, etc.
Using continuous fiber laser, excellent beam quality, maintenance-free, photoelectric conversion efficiency is greater than 25%, and the service life of the pump source is greater than 100,000 hours;
Fast processing speed, small thermal deformation and heat affected zone (suitable for processing high melting point, high hardness, special materials);
It can process complex-shaped parts and tiny parts, and can also process in vacuum;
Wire filler welding can be achieved, and due to advanced processing methods, existing product structures and materials can be improved.

Laser Protective Glasses
Laser protective glasses can prevent or reduce laser damage to human eyes. Laser goggles are highly efficient and safe goggles, which are comfortable, beautiful, safe and reliable. Its optical safety performance fully complies with the GJB1762-93 standard. Laser goggles include reflection type and absorption type, which can completely protect specific wavelength laser and glare. It is suitable for various laser devices with visible light transmittance exceeding 70% and optical density above 5.0.
