(1) Strictly control the heat input on the welding joint, select the appropriate welding method and process parameters (mainly welding current, arc voltage, welding speed);
(2) The assembly size should be accurate, and the interface gap should be as small as possible. A slightly larger gap is easy to burn through or form a larger flash;
(3) Hardcover fixtures must be used, and the clamping force is balanced. Points that should be paid attention to when welding stainless steel sheets: strictly control the line energy on the welded joint, and minimize the heat input under the premise of welding to reduce the heat affected zone and avoid the above defects.
The deformation of stainless-steel sheet argon arc welding is unavoidable, and only a step-by-step welding method can be used. The current used should not be too large, and the heating time of the plate should be shortened as much as possible to minimize the deformation of the plate.
