The narrow pulse width shortens the material processing time, so the material avoids deformation or burning due to heat, has a smaller heat affected area and a more beautiful marking effect, our UV laser engraving machine can meet the requirements of customers for higher marks.
It is suitable for cell phone keypads, plastic translucent keys, electronic components, integrated circuits (ICs), electrical appliances, communication products, sanitary ware, tools, accessories, knives, glasses, watches, jewelry, auto parts, suitcase buckles, and other applications.
The main advantage of the UV laser technology is the multifunctionality and capacity of engraving over different materials, including non-metal materials. This technology is also able to use the automatization system like rotary engraving, linear guide engraving, conveyor engraving system and Camera Capture System.
It is developed on the basis of 355 nm ultraviolet laser device of which Jiatai Laser owns intellectual property. This machine adopts three order intracavity frequency doubling (THG) technology. Compared to infrared laser, 355nm ultraviolet laser has extremely small laser facula, which reduces the mechanical deformation to a significant extent and diminishes the influence of heat-process to a very limited area.
Therefore it can be mainly applied for hyperfine marking and engraving, especially suitable for marking on packing materials ,medicines, Mobile phones ,keyboard , Chargers etc.
