• Eight pieces water cooling spindles are mounted on a bracket and the distance between each pair is 250mm.

• The Z-axis is driven by a hardened Taiwan rolling antibacklash ball screw. And it is adopted AC servo motor with holding brake. Perfect coupler connection between ball screw shaft and driving motor shaft allows Z axis run in long term without trouble.
• The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.
• The machine base is welded by the thick-wall square tubes, and then precision milled by the CNC metal processing center, which guarantees the assembly accuracy from the beginning of production.
• The upright structure adopted in the side plate has stronger rigidity and higher machine precision.
• The whole machine is equipped with YASKAWA AC servo motors; Fast and precise. The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.
• Emergency stop switches are installed on both sides of the beam; if an emergency occurs, the operator can stop the machine in the shortest time.
• To achieve the best reliability, each electro-spindle is controlled with an individual inverter. So, there are eight pieces totally.
