Metal Cutting for Plasma Cutting Machine

Plasma cutter are widely used in automobiles, locomotives, construction industry, furniture industry and other industries.

CNC plasma cutting machine, flame cutting machine, laser cutting machine can all cut steel metal plate well. Generally, the cutting capacity of CNC plasma cutting machine, the cutting speed is between flame cutting and laser cutting.

CNC plasma cutting machines sometimes use oxygen to cut metal through a plasma torch. Its best cutting speed is 0.5-mm to 22mm steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium and copper, cutting at a good speed of 0-8000mm/min.

CNC laser cutting machine mainly cuts thin metal plates, such as steel cutting and copper and aluminum thin sheets. It mainly cuts steel less than 20mm. The cutting edge and cutting speed of laser cutting are better than CNC plasma cutting.

Flame cutting is mainly used to cut carbon steel with a diameter of 5-200mm and thicker.
