Function introduction of PVC Edge Banding Machine

1. Pre-milling: use double milling cutters to modify the corrugation marks, burrs or non-vertical phenomena caused by the panel saw \ cutting saw, to achieve better edge sealing effect. It makes the edge strip and the plate fit more closely, and the integrity and aesthetics are better.
2. Adhesive edge banding: With special structure, the two-sided edge banding plate and edge banding material are evenly glued to ensure more firm adhesion.
3. Head-to-head: through precise linear guide rail movement, adopting automatic form tracking and high-speed high-speed motor cutting structure to ensure the cut surface is smooth and smooth.
4. Precision trimming: Both adopt automatic form tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor structure to ensure the smoothness of the trimmed upper and lower parts of the plate. It is used to repair and process the excess edge banding material of the upper and lower edges of the plate. The finishing knife is an R-shaped knife. It is mainly used for PVC and acrylic edge banding of panel furniture, preferably 0.8mm thick or more.
5. Scraping: It is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear movement of the trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the plate are smoother and cleaner.
6. Polishing: Clean the processed plate with cotton polishing wheel, and make the edge end surface smoother by polishing.
7. Slotting: It is used for the direct slotting of wardrobe side panels and bottom plates, which reduces the process of panel sawing.
