Spindle stop

Reasons:(1) The circuit is short-circuited or blocked (2) The inverter displays abnormally and the inverter output is abnormal (3) The spindle is faulty

Judgment method:(1) Use a multi meter to measure the continuity of the line (2) Check whether the inverter display is abnormal; measure whether there is voltage at the output terminal; (3) Whether the inverter is normal with no load, and the load is abnormal

Solution: (1) Replace the three-core wire of the spindle (2) Adjust the parameters of the inverter; replace the inverter (3) Replace or repair the spindle

Multi-axis of a certain axis does not move

Reasons: (1) abnormal input and output lines (2) drive failure (3) loose screws on the coupling

Judgment method: (1) Use a multi meter to measure the continuity of the line (2) Check whether the indicator light is flashing; test the two drivers by swapping (3) You can see that the motor rotates but the machine does not move

Solution:(1) Replace the connecting signal cable (2) Replace the driver (3) Fasten the screw

Misalignment (motor lost steps) or random engraving

Reasons: (1) The driver is hot (2) The screw on the coupling is loose (3) There is no ground wire or poor conduction

Judgment method: (1) There is a problem after the driver works for a long time (2) The motor can be seen to rotate but the machine does not move (3) There is static electricity in the metal part of the machine

Solution:(1) Replace the driver (2) Fasten the screw (3) Connect the ground wire firmly

The adsorption of engraving materials is small

Reasons:(1) the plate is warped and uneven (2) the vacuum suction is small (3) the table is not flat and leaks

Judgment method:(1) Look at the eyes, the four corners of the board are lifted (2) Put your hand on the suction port to feel the suction (3) There is a big sound of air leakage around the board

Solution:(1) Change the plate (2) Check whether the vacuum pump has less water or overheated water (3) Use a milling cutter to suck the platform surface, pay attention to less cutting
