Most CNC engraving machines use low-power motors, the spindle speed is relatively fast, about 30000RPM, and the diameter of the larger tool can only be about 10MM.

What is the difference between CNC engraving machine and CNC milling machine

When operating a high-speed CNC engraving machine, make sure that the surface of the rail is clean and free of chips and abrasive particles. When falling, the friction of the rail increases and the rail rusts.

The slideway should be maintained regularly, and the amount of lubricating oil in the slideway should be checked every day. If you run out of oil, you will need to add some lubricant.

Regularly check whether the oil pump can be started and stopped, and pay attention to the lubrication ability when starting.

The sliders must be kept lubricated to avoid friction and other problems that can lead to elevated temperatures. Rails are usually self-lubricating. If the rails are found to be unlubricated, the diverter valve should be checked.

When machining graphite or ceramics, please use a graphite high-speed engraving machine. Due to the processing of graphite and ceramic materials, the processing dust is large, which is easy to penetrate into the guide rail and affect the service life.
