3 Axis Single Head CNC Router Machin

Woodworking engraving machine tutorial

The CNC system of woodworking engraving machine can generally be divided into two categories: one is that the CNC system only drives. When the woodworking machinery is working, the computer is in the expected state, and all its operations are realized by the computer. Typesetting is not possible. Another CNC system is controlled by a single-board computer or a single-chip computer. This CNC system is actually a computer, so only when the woodworking engraving machine starts to work, the computer can immediately complete the rest of the typesetting work, especially when the engraving time is long, this advantage is particularly significant.

Good screw and guide rails ensure the precision and performance of the engraving machine in temporary use. The screw and guide rail are also the main components of the engraving machine.

The greater the intensity, the higher the engraving intensity: the engraving intensity of the engraving machine refers to the intensity of the laser incident on the surface of the material. About the specific engraving speed. The greater the depth of cutting or engraving. You can adjust the int3 Axis Single Head CNC Router Machinensity using the engraver panel or using the computer’s print driver sequence. Within 10%, adjust to 1%. The greater the intensity, the greater the corresponding speed. The deeper the cutting depth.

The woodworking engraving machine has been put on the market for production and processing, which has changed the traditional engraving method to a certain extent and reduced the time for manual engraving. They have peculiar drawbacks in engraving beautiful products, high efficiency, finished batch size, consistency, engraving of curved products, and more!

x: Move the tool along the positive x-axis. If it is in the state of continuous jogging, it will continuously jog in the positive direction of the x-axis; otherwise, it will advance in the positive direction of the x-axis according to the current step size. Note: If this key is pressed in the state of continuous jogging, the tool will jog continuously at low speed manually. Press and hold the shift key and the key combination of this key (hold down the shift key and press it, do not release the shift key at this time), the tool will be jogged manually and continuously at high speed.

X-: Move the tool in the negative direction of the x-axis. Movement speed, step size, and key combinations are the same as described for the x key.

y: Move the tool along the positive y-axis. Movement speed, step size, and key combinations are the same as described for the x key.
