The weather is getting colder and colder, and the daily maintenance of the cnc router 4 axis is particularly important. Doing winter maintenance can effectively reduce machine failures and prolong machine life!

1. CNC router machine using water-cooled spindle:

Since the temperature is lowered in winter, you must pay attention to the indoor temperature when using a water-cooled spindle CNC router machine to prevent the water tank where the water circulation is located, causing the water circulation to be interrupted and the motor to be unable to cool; the small ant CNC reminds you: the temperature is too low in winter, if it is stored The workshop temperature of the CNC router machine is below zero, and it is best to use antifreeze (it is recommended that you buy a better quality antifreeze at about minus 25 degrees).

(1) In winter, the requirements for cnc router 4 axis care are very high, mainly due to the problem of spindle cooling water. Specific temperature requirements:

①Ensure the ambient temperature in the operating room, and ensure that the temperature is above 0 °;

②The coolant should be used above the minimum temperature to avoid freezing at too low a temperature. The CNC router machine with water spray nozzle should also pay attention to avoid the unsmooth circulation of the water pipe and the untimely cooling of the cutter head;

③When the machine is not in use, if the room temperature is low, it is best to pour the water in the water tank, drain the water inside the main shaft and the water pipe, and prevent the main shaft and water pipe from freezing and cracking;

(2) Spindle problem

The temperature in the north is basically below zero, so if you use a water-cooled CNC router machine, whether it is a woodworking CNC router machine or a stone CNC router machine, as long as it is a water-cooled CNC router machine, you need to pay attention to some problems in winter. Many customers often forget to add water, especially in autumn and winter. Because the outside temperature is low, it is difficult to feel the spindle motor heating. ① Cooling water is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the spindle motor. If the cooling water is too dirty, it will cause serious damage to the motor. Ensure that the cooling water is clean and the pump works normally.

② Pay attention to the water level, and never make the water-cooled spindle motor lack water, so that the motor heat cannot be discharged in time.

③Pay attention to the ambient temperature, and be careful of freezing and cracking of the water tank and water pipe due to the water temperature being too cold.

④ Try to replace the circulating water of the cnc router 4 axis spindle with antifreeze for cooling.

The main reason is that customers and friends are meticulously maintained at ordinary times, and carefully check all the tasks before working to facilitate the normal operation of the CNC router machine. Like a water-cooled spindle motor, you can choose to use pure water for normal water; or cool it after boiling, which can reduce scale and avoid blockage in the spindle and cause unsmooth circulation.

 

 

Therefore, in winter, you should pay attention to the warmth of the cnc router 4 axis. On the same day, the remaining water in the water pipe should be drained in time to avoid affecting the water circulation after the next day’s freezing; the pump should be taken out of the water tank or bucket with water in time to avoid freezing in it; it is recommended that the machine should not be placed outdoors in winter. It is best to move the machine to the workshop.
