Product Description of UV Laser Marking Machine
The UV Laser Marking Machine is specially designed for fine marking, fine cutting and engraving, and micro-processing of special materials. It has a high cost. It is especially suitable for marking, micro-holes, glass materials, and high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers carry out complex graphics cutting, etc.
It is developed on the basis of 355 nm ultraviolet laser device of which Jiatai Laser owns intellectual property. This machine adopts three order intracavity frequency doubling (THG) technology. Compared to infrared laser, 355nm ultraviolet laser has extremely small laser facula, which reduces the mechanical deformation to a significant extent and diminishes the influence of heat-process to a very limited area.
